We do not offer refunds on furniture, mattresses, or special-order items.
All items on our website are custom ordered from the Ashley warehouse, and vendor restrictions do not permit cancellations or refunds once an order is placed.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours at 502-494-0376 so we can assist with a replacement.
