Every mattress ships free via FedEx to any address in Kentucky or Indiana — not just the Louisville area. Most mattress orders arrive in 2–3 days because we keep them in stock.
Free mattress shipping applies to mattresses only. Furniture, adjustable bases, foundations and accessories use the standard delivery below. If your order has a mattress and furniture in it, the furniture delivery fee still applies.

For furniture, we offer local delivery within Louisville, Kentucky and surrounding areas, up to 50 miles from the store.
For mattresses, we ship anywhere in Kentucky and Indiana.

Mattresses: we keep mattresses in stock, so most mattress orders arrive in 2–3 days.
Furniture: estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days, because furniture is ordered in from the manufacturer.
Delivery times may vary depending on product availability and manufacturer processing.

Order Delays
In rare cases, items may become backordered or delayed by the manufacturer.
If this happens, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide an updated delivery timeframe.
Cancellations, Returns & Damage
Changed your mind? Call us right away. We do not send your order to Ashley the moment you click buy — we confirm it with you first. If you catch us the same day, before the order has gone in, we will cancel it and refund you in full. Call or text (502) 494-0376.
After the order has been placed with the manufacturer, furniture and mattresses are final sale — they are ordered for you specifically and cannot be restocked. See our Refund Policy for the full explanation.
If something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, that is covered separately. Every item is brand new and carries the manufacturer's warranty, and we will help you file the claim and stay on it with you. Call or text with a photo as soon as you see the problem.
Before You Order
Because sales are final once the order is placed, please measure your space — doorways, hallways, stairwells and the room itself. Full dimensions are listed on every product page. If you are not sure, text us your measurements and we will work it out with you.
